STUDIO CARICATURES
How much is a studio caricature?
As these are custom orders, It varies. Your specific price depends on many factors such as: how many people are going to be included in the drawing? Do you need full bodies or just waist up? Do you need a background or any props? Is this for personal use or for commercial use (marketing, etc.) Feel free to experiment with any of my order forms as they will not charge you anything until you put in a credit card number. See below for pricing estimates on some popular sellers. Your specific order will vary, please use the below for an estimate only.
What is your turnaround time after I order?
It depends on how many orders I currently have in my queue. Typically, I stay at around 3-4 weeks but I'm a lot busier from October-December to accommodate my holiday orders. (Make sure you give me plenty of time if you're ordering for the holidays.) If you want a specific answer on my current turnaround time, please contact me.
I don't want to use a credit card; can I still place an order?
No problem! I currently accept PayPal, Venmo, and Payoneer. Please contact me to use one of these options.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! My order forms automatically apply a discount for 2 or more caricatures within the same order. I also will run holiday and other promotions from time to time so sign up for my mailing list or follow me on Instagram to keep up to date on my current promotions.
I need it fast - Do you offer rush orders?
I do, but I charge a rush fee so you should only use this option if you have a firm time limit on when your art is needed. Contact me first and I'll give you a rush code to include with your order.
What if I don't like it?
I always provide a rough sketch first to make sure we are on the same page with the order, and you can request revisions if needed. However, due to the nature of the custom art/illustration business, no refunds are given as I cannot resell your drawing to another person. That said, please make sure you familiarize yourself with my portfolio and art style before placing an order. Please remember that these are caricatures and you're supposed to look funny! I don't want anyone to be unhappy, so if you're unsure, maybe try ordering a celebrity caricature first. If you like my previous work, you'll most likely be happy with your drawing.
character design
How much is it to design a character?
Since they are custom drawings, prices vary based on your needs.. I recommend to my clients to start with 3-5 sketches to explore a couple of preliminary ideas. I charge $25 per sketch and I recommend at least 3 but no more than 5. Contact me to get started!
What if I don't like any of the sketches?
Once the sketches are done, you may either decide to move forward with one of them, request more sketches at $25 each, or decide not to move forward. There is no obligation to work with me if you are unhappy with the sketches for any reason. You are just not allowed to use my sketches without my consent - i.e. don't use my sketches and hire another artist.
How can I use my character?
All character design comes with commercial use rights so you may use it however you see fit. Posters, billboards, animation, whatever. I only ask that I'm allowed to use it in my portfolio to attract new clients.
book illustrations
What types of books do you illustrate?
All kinds! I've illustrated for magazines, children's books, picture books, coloring books, and more! Contact me to get started.
How much is it to illustrate my book?
It depends on how many illustrations you need, if you need full page illustrations, two-page spreads, spot illustrations, character design, etc.

live caricature events
What type of events do you do?
As of 2025, I've drawn at the Amazon Web Services Convention in Las Vegas, the Natural Foods Expo in Anaheim, and private events. I'll draw at your company party, wedding, birthday party, or corporate event.
Why should I hire you?
If you're a brand or company, I give you a captive audience while you pitch your idea, product, or service for about 10 minutes. (No one gets up in the middle of the caricature.) It's also a lot of fun and attracts other prospects to your booth while I'm drawing. People love to see artists at work. Your visitors will also receive a fun, personalized keepsake (branded by you) from the event
How much do you charge?
Rough estimate is $200/hr at a minimum of 2 hours. This includes all the paper, ink, and other items I need to provide your guests with a small keepsake from the event. I work and live in Southern California, and am willing to travel but I do charge for travel/lodging if needed. Contact me to discuss your event/budget.
